The scrubber spares that matter most in service
Closed-loop operation is hard on a small number of parts: spray nozzles wear and block, wash-water pump seals and impellers go, pH and PAH sensors drift out of calibration, demister elements foul, and the exhaust bypass valve sticks after a few years of hot service. In open-loop systems the same nozzle and pump problems appear with seawater corrosion on top.
We supply these items from Chinese makers against the system maker’s part numbers, including the Somas exhaust bypass valve range (Mi-503 EN, Mi-207-M-EN) and GRE / SMO pipe and fittings for closed-loop lines. For NOx abatement, we also handle HeNOx SCR spares, with LP-SCR and HP-SCR supply and commissioning support.
Sensors: the part that decides compliance
A drifting pH or PAH sensor can put a vessel out of compliance even though the scrubber itself is fine. Send the sensor make, model, measuring range and the manual part number; where the OEM sensor is unavailable we propose a cross-referenced equivalent and state its documentation and calibration certificate explicitly.
Planning around the next survey
Scrubber spares are usually bought in a burst before a DD or a PSC window. If you send the whole list at once we can consolidate it into a single shipment — one set of documents, one freight cost — and separate the items that are ex-stock from the ones that need production time.

Frequently asked questions
Do you supply closed-loop and open-loop scrubber spares?
Both. Closed-loop systems add caustic dosing, bleed-off treatment and GRE/SMO piping, which is where most of the extra spare-part demand sits.
Can you supply the exhaust bypass valve with actuator?
Yes — the Somas range (Mi-503 EN, Mi-207-M-EN) is the most common in our maker list, normally as a complete unit with actuator, or as internals only if that is what you need.
How fast can an urgent scrubber pump seal be shipped?
Seals and impellers for the common pump sizes are frequently in stock and can leave Shanghai within days by air. Made-to-order items are quoted with a real production date.
