Inert gas spares that keep cargo operations running
An inert gas system is a compliance-critical chain: if the deck water seal leaks, the O2 analyser drifts or the PV valve sticks, cargo operations stop. The usual suspects are deck water seals and their level controls, scrubber tower internals and spray nozzles, fan/blower bearings and impellers, O2 cells and analyser sample lines, PV valves and breather assemblies.
We supply these for MOSS, SMIT, AP and KASHIWA systems from our maker list, and we can arrange repair support in Chinese yards where the item is better repaired than replaced.
Analysers first, mechanics second
In practice the cheapest fix is often an O2 cell, a filter or a sample pump — not the analyser itself. Send the analyser make and model, the cell part number and the last calibration date; we will quote the consumables separately from the hardware so you can see how much of the problem is actually a service kit.
Documents and survey timing
Items that fall under class review (PV valves, water seals, tank deck fittings) are quoted with the certificate path stated: manufacturer certificate plus CCS/ABS/BV/DNV where applicable. For a pre-survey purchase we separate ex-stock items from production items so the survey date can be planned realistically.

Can you supply an O2 cell on its own?
Yes — cells, filters and sample pumps are the most frequent urgent items and are quoted separately from analyser hardware.
Do you handle repair rather than replacement?
For valves and some water-seal components, repair in a Chinese yard is usually faster and cheaper than a new unit. We quote both options when that is the case.
